SHIPPING INFO:

Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service ( Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US. Your order will usually ship within 3-7 business days after you receive an emailed conformation by King Of All Suits of your order. King Of All Suits does not ship to PO boxes. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 3-7 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays our order processing time may increase.

We Ship to the United States and Canada. For orders shipped outside the United States, your order will be shipped via the USPS global priority mail. Delivery times may vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which maybe levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

RETURN POLICY:

To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at loren@go2kingofallsuits.com to obtain a return authorization number (known as a RA#) All returned items that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn , and unwashed condition. All original tags must be attached. Also include the original invoice with the RA# written on it.

Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with prompt notification, we will NOT authorize your return or exchanges.

Once your receive your return authorization number, you must then ship that item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns or exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for shipping.

Pack your items in the original shipping packaging if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it using the delivery service our your choice. Include your RA# and original invoice, we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Any merchandise that has been customized in any way is non returnable or exchangeable, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

2. Choose any option if necessary (ie: size, color, etc). Once complete, there will be an "ADD TO CART " button. Click it to add your item and go to the cart.

3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.
